Klabbit is here to:
1️⃣ Reduce your mental load.
2️⃣ Make parenting easier.
It’s about community, connection, and making the parent network work for all of us. I built Klabbit because it’s the resource I wished already existed—why should finding local library events require checking three different websites? Or wondering (again) when parks and rec registration opens?
Over the summer my family went to Legoland (10/10 recommend staying at the hotel!) and honestly, is there anything better than watching your kids vibrate with face-scrunching happiness? 💕 Not every weekend can be Legoland-level magic, but Klabbit simplifies the logistics so everyday moments and weekend adventures still bring learning and joy—for your kids and you.
What started as an events newsletter has been rapidly shaped by you—local parents—into something much bigger. ✨ Together, let’s make Peninsula parenting easier. ✨
🎉 PARENTING HACKS 🎉
FINALLY there’s a label for your kid’s clothes that: 1. Stays on in the washer and dryer 2. Is easily removable 3. Is infinitely customizable, and 4. Doesn’t require an iron. It’s THIS!! And bonus, it’s cost effective! If you’ve lost x amount of jackets (as in, so many you’re not even sure how many) and school has just started, you’ll appreciate this.
Fall clothing clean-out? Kids in San Mateo need your help! The Kids Closet at Samaritan House (near Mollie Stones San Mateo) urgently needs clothing for ages 0-17. Donate clean, gently used items (socks, underwear, PJs & swimwear must be new). Drop-off by appointment: [email protected]

🍺 Redwood City Oktoberfest (Sep 19- 28) is a traditional German celebration with food, music, and festivities that gives vibes of the real deal! Klabbit note: no kid-specific activities, but it’s a lot of fun for the whole family and kids love watching the traditional Bavarian dance performances, tearing it up on the dance floor to oompah bands, and singing along to Sweet Caroline! Highly recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time as I’ve seen it sell out. Plenty of communal tables but the ones under the large tent go fast!
