Going out of town? We’ve used these tips on a trip in the past that involved touring lots of cultural sites (when in Kyoto…) and lots of walking, and they were shockingly effective:
- Ask your LLM of choice to create a story and scavenger hunt for each attraction. Example: "Create a scavenger hunt and story for Nijo Castle that's appropriate for 3- and 5-year-olds."
- When energy flags during walks and snack bribes no longer work, hold their hand and transfer some "mom/dad energy" to help them power up.

Learn sewing basics from threading to bobbin winding! Make a fleece buff/hat. No experience needed, all materials provided.

Bring your kids for breakfast to complete a fun Christmas craft and get a photo with the cow!

Morning session featuring a reading of The Polar Express, hot chocolate, and jingle bells!

Paint wooden ornaments and enjoy sweet treats at this relaxing in-store event!

Learn to play the fantasy card game! Sort cards, build a deck, play a match, and keep the deck you build! Materials supplied by MagiKids. Limited to 12 kids.

Basic sewing setup and simple craft project for beginners! Children welcome with adult caregivers. Return participants can arrive at 2:30 PM for craft portion.

Teams of up to 4 compete to finish 500-piece puzzles! First to complete wins. Register once per team.

Learn to use dark value contrast to create depth and luminosity! Artist Elba Raquel guides you through color mixing, brushwork, and composition. Take home your painted piece. All materials included.
